What are the 4 Flow Africa plans?

Flow Africa offers 4 plans: Starter (up to 3 staff), Premium (4–6 staff), Elite (7–9 staff) and Elite+ (10+ staff, billed per staff member). All plans include M-Pesa payments, SMS, loyalty program and a professional website.

Do Flow Africa prices include VAT?

Flow Africa displays prices excluding VAT by default. VAT (16% in Kenya) is added at checkout. A toggle lets users switch between excluding VAT and including VAT pricing.

Are there hidden fees or setup costs?

No. Flow Africa has no hidden fees and no mandatory setup costs. Optional services like Concierge Service (3,000 KES incl. VAT, one time) or Sender ID (10,000 KES incl. VAT, one time) are clearly priced.

Can I change my Flow Africa plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Flow Africa plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated. No penalties and no lock-in contracts.

How much do additional SMS cost?

Additional SMS packs start at 250 KES incl. VAT for 100 SMS, up to 1,500 KES incl. VAT for 800 SMS. Unused SMS roll over to the next month automatically.

Does Flow Africa accept M-Pesa for payment?

Yes. Flow Africa accepts M-Pesa for both subscription payments and end-customer transactions. M-Pesa is natively integrated via Safaricom's official API.

Is there a minimum commitment for Flow Africa?

No. All Flow Africa plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties, directly from your dashboard.

Unused SMS from your monthly plan or additional packs roll over to the next month. You never lose your purchased SMS.
